Job summary

Triumph ABA in North Carolina is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and young adults, implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based sessions, collect data, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with BCBAs, parents, and the therapy team. Flexible after-school and weekend hours available, typically after 3 pm.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB or willingness to obtain it within training.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or related fields.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge and adherence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress and session notes.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
• Collaborate with therapy team, BCBAs, other RBTs, and parents/guardians.
• Respond promptly to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and stakeholders.
