Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision of a BCBA.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, competitive hourly pay, and access to ongoing training, with support for families to implement strategies and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
