Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is hiring part-time RBTs to provide in-home and community ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy programs, collect progress data, and help children develop communication and daily living skills.

We offer a flexible schedule (15–20 hours/week), PTO/sick time, opportunities for advancement, BCBA supervision, referral bonuses, and tuition reimbursement. Reliable transportation and an active RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the ke ddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
