Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking part-time RBTs to provide in-home and community ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy plans, teach functional skills, and document progress while coordinating with families.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under a BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
