Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join a growing team providing 1-1 treatment in client homes under supervision of BCBAs. The role focuses on delivering ABA services to children with autism, ages birth to 21, in a flexible part-time schedule.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification and a high school diploma. You will collect data, support families, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective progress for each child.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 behavioral intervention under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Implement behavioral plans and support families at home visits.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and BCBA/LBA.
