Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization delivering ABA services to children from birth to age 21. We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team for 1-1, home-based treatment in partnership with BCBAs.

Flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours are available, with paid training and support to confidently execute treatment plans. You will work with families and clients, helping them achieve meaningful progress and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and teammates.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors’ needs.
