Rehab Solutions is seeking a Part Time or PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support our Home Health team in the San Antonio, TX area. The role offers flexibility with schedule options and a supportive environment focused on meaningful patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a PTA, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary home health team.

Responsabilités

• Support PTs in implementing treatment plans and programs.
• Provide direct patient care including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor progress and document responses to treatment for PT review.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure coordinated care.
