Rehab Solutions is seeking a Part Time/Steady PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health team serving Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Midlothian, TX and surrounding areas.

You will support therapy goals through patient exercises, manuals, and modalities, while documenting progress and communicating with supervising PTs. The role offers W2 or 1099 options and a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.

Formación

• Assists in implementing treatment plans.
• Provides direct patient care including exercises and modalities.
• Monitors patient progress and reports to PT.
• Collaborates with PTs and other staff to ensure coordinated care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and responses accurately.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff.
