Job summary

Rehab Solutions in the Houston central area seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a part-time role offering 16–24 visits per week. You will assist in executing treatment plans, provide direct patient care, and contribute to progress documentation while maintaining patient education and family involvement.

The position requires TX PTA licensure, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with therapists and staff in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Valid Texas PTA license or license eligibility.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and provide direct patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
