Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced physician to join our clinical team in Wisconsin on a part-time, autonomous basis.

You’ll manage your own patient panel and provide primary and episodic care in skilled nursing facilities, building long-term relationships with residents and families. The role offers a flexible schedule (6-hour shifts, morning rounds), no on-call, and the ability to chart from home.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics (or equivalent).
• Valid, unrestricted physician license in the state of operation.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Manage a personal patient panel with long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Coordinate with collaborating specialists and facility staff to ensure seamless care.
