Job summary

Interstate Parking Company seeks a part-time ParkNBTX Parking Ambassador in New Braunfels, TX. You’ll patrol ParkNBTX zones, enforce rules, and deliver friendly customer service to residents, visitors, and business owners in the River and Downtown areas.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Evening and weekend shifts are available, with flexible scheduling in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and enforce parking rules in ParkNBTX zones, including issuing citations when necessary.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to residents, visitors, and business owners.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, including light custodial tasks like litter removal.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and assist with towing logistics when needed.
• Support special events and community engagement efforts as assigned.
