ParkNBTX is seeking a reliable part-time Parking Ambassador in New Braunfels, TX, to patrol zones, enforce rules, and deliver excellent customer service. The role supports outdoor parking operations, with evening and weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth within ParkNBTX. A high school diploma, valid license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 due to insurance requirements.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and enforce parking rules in ParkNBTX zones, including issuing citations when necessary.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to residents, visitors, and business owners.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, including light custodial tasks like litter removal.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and assist with towing logistics when needed.
• Support special events and community engagement efforts as assigned.
