Job summary

American Greetings seeks a part-time Merchandiser to service routes across Oxnard and surrounding areas. You will display and maintain greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods, and manage backroom organization using a company tablet. Travel to multiple stores is required, with daytime hours and holiday-season adjustments.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Starting wage is $17.10/hour with raises to $18.10 after 6 months and $19.00 after one year, plus flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• Must be 18+ and able to speak/read/write English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and communications.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, fixture work, or product relocation as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
