Job summary

American Greetings is a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace and is seeking Merchandisers to work across Santa Barbara area retailers. You will display and maintain inventory for greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush, and more while managing your own route.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling around holidays, and opportunities to work with store teams in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet for job information and updates.
• Ability to learn and use a company-provided tablet.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate with management about schedules or questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
