Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Graham, TX. You will display and maintain inventory in greeting card departments, coordinate with store management, and work on a tablet to plan weekly routes.

No prior experience is required as we provide training. The role emphasizes reliability, English literacy, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds while traveling between stores on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily activity/tasks
• Meet scheduling needs — occasional weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display product within greeting card departments and other locations
• Maintain organized backroom areas and manage inventory tasks
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions or concerns
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organizational skills
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets and fixture work
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores
• Work independently and as part of a team
