Job summary

American Greetings is seeking part-time Merchandisers to service multiple retail locations across MD/PA. You will display greeting cards, keep backrooms organized, and manage inventory on route. Training is provided and weekly hours average around 4, with potential increases during holidays.

Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, with reliable transportation and internet access. A company tablet will be used for scheduling and daily tasks, and flexibility around major holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations
• Reliable internet access for updates and training
• Willing to learn using a company-provided tablet and follow schedules

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display products within greeting card departments and other retail locations
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks as needed
• Communicate with management about questions or concerns regarding service or schedules
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours
• Availability for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a tablet
• Work independently and as part of a team
