Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Apply company standards to identify risks and reduce accidents.
• Prepare schedules to maximize time and service.
• Coordinate with insured to set up appointments.
• Complete loss control surveys and identify issues or hazards.
• Prepare reports with supporting photos after inspections.
• Share survey status through internal reports.
