Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking Loss Control Field Inspectors to perform physical inspections of commercial or residential properties within your territory. The role is part-time/occasional with flexible hours and travel required.

You'll use a camera, coordinate with insureds by phone/email/text, and prepare detailed reports with photos after each inspection. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required; applicants must live within 30 miles of the territory and work from home

Qualifications

• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Based from home with required travel to each inspection location.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Maintain automobile insurance with bodily injury limits as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Apply rules to identify risks to reduce accidents.
• Prepare schedules to maximize time and service delivery.
• Contact insured via phone, email and text to set appointments.
• Complete a loss control survey to identify issues or hazards.
• Prepare reports with multiple pictures after inspections.
• Communicate survey status via internal progress reports.
