Job summary

Ability Beyond is seeking a part-time Job Coach in Danbury, CT or Waterbury, CT. The role offers flexible daytime hours mostly weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM with some flexibility, and a pay rate of $20 per hour.

You will support individuals with diverse needs through one-on-one coaching, goal-setting, and progress monitoring. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, a valid driver’s license, and an interest in psychology or human services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and support individuals in achieving employment goals.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates with staff, and adapt strategies as needed.

• Assist with scheduling and participate in team meetings as needed.
