Qualifications

• Combination of education, training, or practical work experience accepted.
• Effective time management and strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Satisfactory driving record and daily access to a reliable vehicle for in-state driving.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site vocational instruction and work-readiness training to help participants learn job tasks and safe work practices.
• Stay current on each participant's ISP to deliver appropriate on-site supports.
• Coordinate with Lead Job Coaches to build and maintain job site support schedules.
• Conduct Trial Work Experiences and observe participants' readiness for employment.
• Document services and collect data in Therap system and complete weekly timecards.
• Build relationships with worksite employers and communicate progress with managers.
• Comply with HIPAA privacy requirements and maintain PMT/CPR certifications.
