Giving Home Health Care in Shamrock, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home daily living and personal care under a physician care plan.

This 1099 contract role offers 28 hours per week with a flexible schedule, ideal for part‑time or PRN work. Background checks are required. Pay ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, with benefits and support for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current CPR, First Aid and 2-Step TB Test are required.
• Prefer experience in a clinical care setting; home health experience preferred.
• Prolonged standing and walking; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients.
• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are essential for in-home care.

Responsabilités

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care and document care provided.
• Administer prescribed treatments and therapies.
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and vital signs in the patient’s home.
• Provide one-on-one care in a home setting and communicate with family, doctors and case managers.
• Document interactions and care in the system of record.
• Support compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with the care plan.
