Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home daily living and personal care services in Fritch, TX. The role operates as a 1099 contract position with scheduling coordinated among the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.

Shifts include 8a-8p and 8p-8a with flexible weekday scheduling. Background checks are required for offers.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid are required.
• TB test (2-step) is required.
• Clinical care experience preferred for Home Health.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care and document properly.
• Administer prescribed treatments and therapies.
• Assess patients and coordinate care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and vital signs in the home.
• Provide one-on-one care in a home setting.
• Communicate with family, doctors and authorized individuals.
