Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Shamrock, TX area to provide in-home daily living and personal care under a physician's care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with care delivered at the patient’s residence, scheduling coordinated with the case manager.

Shifts are 28 hours per week with a flexible, part-time or PRN schedule.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and First Aid are required.
• 2-Step TB test is required.
• Prefer experience in a clinical care setting or home health.

Responsibilities

• Executes physician prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided.
• Administers prescribed treatments and therapies.
• Performs patient assessments and coordination of care.
• Performs activities of daily living and vitals monitoring in the patient’s home.
• Works with patients in a one-on-one home setting.
• Communicates with family, doctors, and others involved in the patient’s health.
