Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate HHA or CNA to provide in-home patient care in Los Luceros, NM on a 1099 contract. Work a 15-hour shift schedule with preferred days Tue, Thu, Sat and Sun, early to mid-morning starts, one-on-one care, and collaboration with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians.

Responsibilities include ADLs, vital signs monitoring, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to monitor vital signs.
• Dependable transportation.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.

• Monitor vital signs according to plan of care.
• Remind patient to take medications as prescribed.
