Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick/pack orders and support DashMart operations in Louisville. You’ll work shifts with flexible openings, two shifts monthly minimum, and onboarding training to ensure readiness.

Expect two dollar/hour premiums for night hours (10pm–6am) and for flex shifts booked within 24 hours. Strong reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, positive, and team oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations helpful.
• Detail oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders, then handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stock receivables, shelf life checks.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer and delight customers.
