Job summary

DashMart, a local-fulfillment center owned by DoorDash in Dayton, OH, seeks a Variable Schedule Operations Associate for flexible shifts. You will pick up openings via the scheduling app, working at least one shift every two weeks for a minimum of four hours, with two shifts per month to meet requirements.

On-the-job onboarding includes one 4-hour shift, followed by additional shifts based on business needs. Lifting up to 50 lbs and working in refrigerated areas are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about freshness and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders; pack orders and hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization; clean and organize the workspace.
• Delight customers; ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
