Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk Greeter in Washington, DC. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling flexible earnings.

The position involves greeting visitors, verifying credentials, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents in a professional security setting. Pay rate is $24.44 per hour, with a schedule designed for part-time availability.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk location in a media and technology environment.
• Greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, maintain visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls or deliveries, report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and complete logs and reports.
