Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contracted field inspectors to document residential construction progress by taking interior and exterior photos using the Pruvan app. You will work on a flexible, part-time basis with project-by-project assignments and no report writing required.

Responsibilities include visiting sites within a 25-mile radius of Davis, WV, delivering timely photo sets, coordinating availability, and ensuring inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.

Qualifications

• Live within 25 miles of the job location.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet with Pruvan app; device not older than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos to document progress using the Pruvan app.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
