Job summary

Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, Wisconsin, is seeking a Café Attendant for the Isle of Capri Café. In this part-time role, you’ll prepare coffee drinks, food items, and provide friendly, fast service to guests on the go.

You’ll greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages and snacks, maintain café cleanliness, restock supplies, and balance the register at shift end. Previous cafe or barista experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous café, barista, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable handling cash and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations.
• Take and process food and beverage orders (cash and card).
• Prepare coffee drinks, cold beverages, sandwiches, and pizzas.
• Serve orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain inventory of café supplies and bakery items.
• Clean and sanitize counters, tables, and café areas.
• Stock and organize kitchen and service areas.
• Balance register and end-of-shift cash handling.
• Assist with daily supply orders and restocking.
