Job summary

Lac du Flambeau Business Development Corporation is hiring a part-time cafe/kiosk associate to prepare coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks while delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain a clean, organized environment, handle transactions, and assist with food items as needed.

The role requires teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, with flexible weekend hours and a strong focus on guest experience and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by following the Fun 5 in all interactions.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages per company recipes and quality standards.
• Take orders accurately and process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and sanitation standards.
• Answer questions about beverages and food items and menu offerings.
• Operate coffee equipment safely and responsibly.
• Assist with stocking and merchandising and general cleaning duties.
• Work with team to ensure fast, friendly service during peak hours.
