Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a BCBA to conduct behavioral assessments, craft treatment plans, and lead family trainings. The role includes supervising technicians and delivering direct ABA treatment focused on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.

Strong documentation and data analysis are expected. Hybrid in-person/telehealth options and a flexible schedule with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework completed.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Two years of related clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Document data, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
