Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, building communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

You will collect data during sessions and collaborate with a BCBA to implement behavior plans while supporting families with progress updates. This is a part-time, afternoon/evening role with flexible scheduling in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; college coursework in psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel to homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends is preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home settings (training provided).
• Collect and track data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
