Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in Newark, NJ is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBA supervisors.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, data collection during sessions, and collaboration with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Direct ABA therapy experience preferred
• Ability to collect and document progress data
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement plans

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
