SP+ is hiring a Garage Attendant at The Edition in Miami Beach. The role focuses on directing traffic, monitoring capacity, and maintaining a clean, professional environment for guests. You will interact with customers and coordinate with the Facility Manager for specialized issues.

A valid driver’s license is only needed if driving company vehicles; all candidates should be prepared for shift flexibility. We value proactive, detail-oriented individuals who can work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: No high school diploma required; any related experience counts.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle currency accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and directions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available spaces and monitor capacity to optimize lot usage.
• Patrol garage levels and issue violation warnings per policies.
• Assist customers with questions, directions, and vehicle location; refer complex issues to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with parking equipment repairs and general facility upkeep; report hazards or spills.
• Control traffic at entrances/exits during peak times and substitute for Valets when needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the garage layout and local area landmarks.
