Job summary

SP+ in Miami is seeking a Valet Supervisor to lead daily parking operations at The Edition - Miami. You will ensure contractual obligations are met and deliver professional service to clients and customers.

The role requires a background in customer service and valet parking, with leadership to manage teams and maintain safety. A valid driver’s license is required; bilingual ability is a plus. This position is on-site and offers hourly pay with tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED). At least one year of related experience or training is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have previous experience in customer service and in Valet Parking.
• Oral: Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and provide clarification when needed.
• Written: Ability to write clearly and informatively, as well as read and interpret written instructions or reports.
• Adaptability & Judgment: Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage delays or unexpected events effectively, and exercise sound, accurate judgment.
• License Requirement: Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.

• Assist with garage maintenance and routine repairs.
• Maintain safety and report hazards immediately.
