PACS Group is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, communicate with families and physicians, and maintain documentation in medical records. You will supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide in-services for facility staff.

You will develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; prefer graduates of Masters or Doctorate Program in Occupational Therapy.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide in-services for facility staff.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and families regarding progress and discharge planning.
• Complete timely, compliant documentation per regulations and facility policies.
