Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member in California. As an On-Demand TM, you create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders via the myTime app. Attendance and reliability are key, with shifts every 4 weeks minimum.

You will advocate guest service, help guests, greet, and assist with loyalty programs and basket management, while maintaining store standards. Training and orientation are provided; benefits information available.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to pick up shifts and adapt to store needs.
