Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to assist guests and enhance their shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, respond to store needs, and participate in a dynamic scheduling model that rewards reliability and guest-focused service.

As a Guest Advocate, you will help guests with questions, guide them to products, handle returns, and promote Target loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Interacting and helping guests in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Demonstrated communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stay focused and multi-task in a busy setting.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services.
