Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests enjoy a seamless shopping experience. You will create a welcoming environment, assist guests with finding items, and process transactions using store tech.

You can set your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, with shifts posted by leaders or teammates. A flexible, guest-focused approach is key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak times.
• Willingness to lift up to 44 pounds when assisting guests.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft and assist with needs and inquiries.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
