Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, help them locate items, and support a smooth shopping experience with a focus on service quality.

You will also learn about Target Wallet, Drive Up, and loyalty benefits while assisting with transactions and store operations. Training and flexible shifts are provided to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need.
• Assist guests with returns and inquiries, and resolve issues following Target policies.
• Stock supplies and maintain a clean work area while-aiding guest service at check lanes, drive-up and order pickup.
• Support leaders and teammates to de-escalate situations and ensure a positive guest experience.
