Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to deliver welcoming, helpful service in a fast‑paced store environment. You will create easy, inspiring guest experiences, greet guests, and assist with questions while maintaining great teamwork and a flexible schedule.

You will engage with shoppers across Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and registry services, using handheld scanners and Target app features. Training is provided; performance drives opportunities within the team.
