Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to provide friendly guest service and support store operations with a flexible schedule. Shifts are posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime app, and attendance and responsiveness are essential.

As a Guest Advocate you will engage guests, explain store benefits and services, and perform transactions accurately while maintaining a welcoming store environment and assisting teammates across departments.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app.
• Willingness to learn and promote Target benefits and services.
• Excellent guest interaction and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, proactive attitude.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately following safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support store operations.
