Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of child care experience preferred.
• CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s in early education preferred.
• 12 semester units in Child Development (Growth & Development, Child, Family & Community, Curriculum, Principles and Practices) required.
• 3 units in Early Childhood Education Infant and Toddler Development required.
• Transcripts required at interview.

• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
