Job summary

Guidepost Montessori is seeking warm, dependable substitute teachers to support mixed-age classrooms (0–6 years) on a flexible, on-call basis. No formal Montessori training is required; training is provided during orientation and onboarding.

As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll help with routines, activities, and transitions across multiple classrooms, with the option to move into full-time Assistant Teacher roles. Hours vary by school needs, perfect for part-time or supplemental work.

Qualifications

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
• Valid state background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
• Passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency.
