Qualifications

• Independent contractors must own a mobile device with camera.
• Reliable desktop or laptop and printer with high-speed internet access.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for the company in specified zip codes.
• Timely communicate if inspections cannot be done by the due date.
• Complete inspections to client expectations.
• Stay current with inspection requirements.
• Return and redo inspections if incomplete.
• Schedule inspections during daylight hours.
• Behave professionally while inspecting.
• Follow town, county, and state safety requirements.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
