• Ability to route inspections effectively
• Ability to locate properties
• Clear background check

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties in assigned zip codes
• Communicate promptly if inspections cannot be completed by due date
• Complete inspections to client expectations
• Stay current with inspection requirements
• Return/redo inspections as needed
• Schedule inspections during daylight hours
• Maintain professional behavior during inspections
• Follow local safety requirements and professional appearance
