Mortgage Bankers Field Services is seeking independent contractor inspectors to visit properties within designated zip codes. You will capture photos, input results via the EZ Inspections app, and communicate promptly if due dates cannot be met.

Inspectors set their own schedules and use their own vehicles. No inspection license is required, and pay is per inspection with a fixed ACH pay schedule twice a month. Prior related experience is a plus but not required.

• Reliable desktop or laptop with high-speed internet access.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable and fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Ability to route inspections effectively.
