Job summary

Medi-Weightloss of Mansfield, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a PRN role, providing weight-management and wellness care on a flexible schedule. You’ll perform focused histories and exams, order labs and ECGs, counsel on preventive care and nutrition, and document in EMR.

Schedule: Wednesdays 3pm-7pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm, with no on-call or hospital rounds. Texas license and DEA are required; HRT certification is a plus; clinical support and collaborative practice

Qualifications

Active Texas NP/PA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

Perform focused histories and physicals tailored to weight management and wellness
Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and ECGs
Provide preventive counseling, nutrition guidance, and program education
Prescribe medications in collaboration with the supervising physician
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
Document thoroughly in EMR according to company standards
Coordinate referrals and follow-ups for continuity of care
