Medi-Weightloss of Mansfield, TX is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a PRN role, providing weight-management and wellness care on a flexible schedule. You’ll perform focused histories and exams, order labs and ECGs, counsel on preventive care and nutrition, and document in EMR.

Schedule: Wednesdays 3pm-7pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm, with no on-call or hospital rounds. Texas license and DEA are required; HRT certification is a plus; clinical support and collaborative practice

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP/PA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform focused histories and physicals tailored to weight management and wellness
• Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and ECGs
• Provide preventive counseling, nutrition guidance, and program education
• Prescribe medications in collaboration with the supervising physician
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
• Document thoroughly in EMR according to company standards
• Coordinate referrals and follow-ups for continuity of care
