Job summary

Medi-Weightloss® seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time/part-time/PRN role at multiple locations including Bloomington. You will deliver medical care focused on weight management and preventive health in a collaborative setting.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care, with opportunities to mentor staff, oversee clinical operations, and participate in program development. Competitive benefits and growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with valid credentials.
• DEA certification preferred.
• Weight loss/ preventive care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review patient medical history relevant to care.
• Conduct physical examinations per guidelines.
• Order and review labs and ECGs.
• Counsel on preventive medicine, programs, and supplements.
• Document care in EMR per company standards.
• Coordinate referrals to other clinicians.
• Review patient progress and adjust care plans.
• Mentor staff and oversee clinical KPIs.
• Develop and launch new program pilots.
